Terms

Terms of service

The agreement between DigiHome and the property-management companies that use Listed to win, sign and onboard property owners from their own website.

Last updated 13 September 2026 Draft 0.9 · pending legal review

This text is a working draft prepared by the Listed team. It describes how the platform is built to work and is published for transparency while it is reviewed by legal counsel. Wording may change before the commercial launch; the date above shows the current version.

01The agreement

These terms govern the use of the Listed platform ("Listed", "the service") provided by DigiHome Tech AS (org. no. 835 674 622), Kokstadvegen 46, 5257 Kokstad, Norway ("DigiHome", "we"). By creating a workspace, or by using the service on behalf of a company, you accept these terms on behalf of that company ("you", "the customer"). If you have signed a separate written agreement with DigiHome, that agreement prevails where it conflicts with these terms.

Listed is a business service for property managers. It is not offered to consumers.

02What Listed does

Listed gives you a branded owner journey that you install on your own website: an enquiry and estimate flow, proposals, electronic signature of your management agreement, owner onboarding, and hand-off to your property-management system. It also gives your team a workspace to manage that pipeline, inbox and support.

We may improve, add or retire features over time. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you rely on, and we will not remove core functionality during a paid period without offering a comparable alternative.

03Your workspace and acceptable use

  • You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and everything done through their accounts. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised access.
  • You must provide accurate company, tax and invoicing details and keep them up to date.
  • You may not use Listed to send unsolicited communications, to collect data you have no right to collect, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
  • You may not resell Listed, remove attribution where your plan includes it, or reverse-engineer the software.

04Your website and the embed

You install Listed on websites you own or control. You are responsible for your website, for the notices you show your visitors (including cookie and privacy information required where you operate), and for making sure the estimates, prices and promises shown in your journey are yours and are accurate. Listed's embed script only reports where it runs so that you can verify the installation; it does not track your visitors.

05Fees, invoicing and taxes

  • Listed is free to install and use. You pay a flat fee for each property owner who signs a management agreement through Listed, at the price tier published on our pricing page or agreed in writing, at the time of signing.
  • Fees are collected in a periodic invoice (normally monthly) listing every signed owner in the period. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise stated. Where online payment is enabled you may pay by card or bank transfer through our payment provider.
  • Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where required. If you are a business in another EU/EEA country, reverse charge may apply and you must give us a valid VAT number.
  • If an agreement signed through Listed is voided within 14 days because of a technical error or a duplicate signature, tell us and we will credit the fee. Owners who later terminate their agreement do not give rise to a refund.
  • Late payment may result in interest under the Norwegian Act on Interest on Overdue Payments and, after written notice, suspension of the workspace.

06Owner data and your obligations as controller

Property owners give their data to you, on your website. You are the data controller for that data; DigiHome is your data processor. Our data-processing agreement forms part of these terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use owner data, for giving owners the information required by law, and for honouring their rights. We will assist you as described in the DPA.

07Electronic signatures and your agreements with owners

Listed lets owners accept your proposal and sign your management agreement electronically. The agreement is between you and the owner; DigiHome is not a party to it and does not review its content. You are responsible for the wording of your agreement and for its suitability under the law that applies to you. Listed records the signer's name, the signature, a timestamp, IP address and user agent, and keeps a sealed PDF of the signed document as evidence. Electronic signatures created this way are generally valid for ordinary commercial agreements under the eIDAS Regulation and Norwegian law, but some agreements may require a qualified signature or a written original — please check with your own advisers.

08AI-assisted content

Some features use AI models to draft text — enquiry summaries, proposal letters and first answers in support. Drafts can be wrong or incomplete. You must review and approve anything before it is sent to an owner, and you remain responsible for what you send. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from AI-generated content.

09Integrations and third-party services

You may connect Listed to your PMS, e-mail provider, CRM or other tools. Those services are governed by their own terms, and you authorise us to send and receive data on your behalf when you connect them. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services, or for changes they make to their interfaces. Some integrations may be marked as beta; treat them accordingly.

10Availability, support and changes

We aim to keep Listed available at all times and will announce planned maintenance in advance where possible. Support is provided through the in-app support chat and by e-mail during Norwegian business hours. We may update these terms; we will notify workspace administrators at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

11Intellectual property and your content

DigiHome owns the Listed software, design and documentation. You own your brand, your texts, your photos and your data, and you grant us a licence to host, display and process them only as needed to provide the service. Feedback you give us may be used to improve Listed without obligation.

12Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform this agreement. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or must be disclosed by law.

13Warranties and limitation of liability

Listed is provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is” and we make no other warranties. Estimates shown in the owner journey are indicative and not a promise of income. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and DigiHome's total liability under this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or breaches of confidentiality or data-protection obligations where liability cannot be limited by law.

14Term and termination

This agreement runs until terminated. You can stop using Listed and close your workspace at any time; fees already incurred remain payable. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination we keep your data available for export for 30 days, then delete or anonymise it as described in our privacy policy, subject to legal retention requirements.

15Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with Bergen District Court (Hordaland tingrett) as the agreed venue.
